MintClub is a non-custodial crypto wallet in which users manage their keys on their own devices. The operator does not custody users' wallets or manage assets on their behalf. This policy explains the information processed through the app and this static website.

2. Information We Collect

• Crash diagnostics: crash reports and technical diagnostic information used to identify app errors and improve stability.
• Anonymous onboarding funnel events: anonymous events showing whether onboarding steps, such as starting or restoring, were completed. These events do not include wallet addresses, amounts, or key material.
• Install-scoped random identifier: a random identifier generated for an app installation that does not represent a person's identity.

This beta has no user accounts, know-your-customer process, or server-side wallet.

3. Information We Never Collect

The operator does not collect or transmit private keys, mnemonics (recovery phrases), or passwords to a server. We also do not collect wallet balances tied to a person's identity. Private keys and mnemonics exist only on the user's device.

4. Public Nature of Blockchains

Wallet addresses and transactions are recorded on a public ledger and can be viewed by anyone by nature of the blockchain. This is how a public blockchain works, not a separate publication of that information by the operator. The operator cannot erase or reverse a record confirmed on a blockchain.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to investigate crashes, improve beta stability, and understand the anonymous onboarding funnel. We do not use it for advertising, user tracking, or identity-based profiling.

6. Third-Party Processors and Network Providers

• Sentry: processes app crash reports.
• TronGrid: provides remote procedure call services for querying the TRON blockchain and broadcasting transactions. It may process queried wallet addresses or public transaction data while handling those requests.

Information processed by each provider may also be subject to that provider's policy. The operator does not provide wallet private keys or mnemonics to either provider.

7. Retention and Deletion

The install-scoped random identifier may remain on the device until app data is reset or the app is uninstalled. Crash diagnostics and anonymous onboarding funnel events processed by the operator are retained only as long as needed to analyze service stability.
