1. 당사자와 약관 동의

이 약관은 MintClub 앱(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스 운영 주체는 [OPERATOR: entity name pending §7-2](이하 “운영자”)입니다. 서비스를 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 비수탁형 지갑

서비스는 비수탁형 지갑 소프트웨어입니다. 개인키와 니모닉(복구 문구)은 사용자의 기기에서만 생성·보관되며 운영자는 이에 접근할 수 없습니다. 운영자는 사용자의 자금을 보관하거나 거래를 대신 승인하지 않습니다.

사용자는 니모닉을 안전하게 백업하고 비밀로 유지할 전적인 책임이 있습니다. 니모닉을 잃으면 지갑과 자산에 대한 접근을 영구적으로 잃을 수 있으며 운영자는 이를 복구, 재설정 또는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

3. 서비스의 범위

서비스는 사용자가 자신의 기기에서 지원되는 블록체인 자산을 조회하고 거래에 서명·전파할 수 있게 하는 소프트웨어 도구입니다. 서비스는 거래소, 가상자산 매매·교환 서비스 또는 자금이체업 서비스가 아닙니다. 운영자는 투자상품, 투자 조언, 수익 보장 또는 자산 보관 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 베타와 네트워크 상태

서비스는 베타 소프트웨어이며 오류, 중단, 기능 변경 또는 자료 손실이 발생할 수 있습니다. 현재 선택된 네트워크가 시험망인지 주망인지는 앱 안에 표시됩니다. 사용자는 거래 전에 네트워크, 주소, 자산 종류, 금액과 수수료를 직접 확인해야 합니다. 시험망 자산은 실제 금전 가치가 없으며, 주망 거래에는 실제 자산 손실 위험이 있습니다.

5. 블록체인 거래

블록체인 거래는 외부 네트워크가 처리하며 확정 후 취소되지 않을 수 있습니다. 잘못된 주소, 네트워크 또는 금액으로 보낸 거래를 운영자는 중지하거나 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 네트워크 수수료, 지연, 혼잡 또는 외부 원격 절차 호출 서비스의 장애는 운영자의 통제 밖에 있습니다.

6. 금지되는 이용

사용자는 다음 목적으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

• 불법 자금 이체, 사기, 자금세탁, 테러자금조달 또는 그 밖의 범죄 행위
• 대한민국 또는 적용되는 관할의 제재, 수출통제나 법원의 명령을 위반하는 행위
• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 또는 네트워크의 보안을 훼손하는 행위
• 적용 법령에 따라 금지된 거래 또는 제재 대상자·단체와의 거래

7. 무보증

관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 서비스는 “있는 그대로” 및 “제공 가능한 상태로” 제공됩니다. 운영자는 서비스가 항상 안전하거나 중단·오류 없이 작동한다는 보증, 특정 목적 적합성, 정확성, 자산 가치 또는 외부 블록체인과 서비스의 작동을 보증하지 않습니다.

8. 책임 제한

관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 니모닉 또는 개인키 분실, 잘못된 거래, 기기 손상, 블록체인 상태, 외부 서비스 장애, 자산 가격 변동 또는 베타 소프트웨어 이용으로 발생한 간접적·우발적·특별 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 법률상 배제하거나 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

9. 변경과 종료

운영자는 베타 기간에 기능을 변경, 중단 또는 종료할 수 있으며 중요한 약관 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에서 알립니다. 사용자는 언제든 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제 전에 필요한 니모닉 백업 여부를 직접 확인해야 합니다.

10. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다. 강행 법규가 달리 정하는 경우를 제외하고 분쟁은 대한민국의 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. Parties and Acceptance

These terms govern use of the MintClub app (the “Service”). The Service operator is [OPERATOR: entity name pending §7-2] (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Non-Custodial Wallet

The Service is non-custodial wallet software. Private keys and mnemonics (recovery phrases) are created and stored only on the user's device, and the Operator cannot access them. The Operator does not hold user funds or approve transactions on a user's behalf.

You are solely responsible for securely backing up and keeping your mnemonic secret. If you lose it, you may permanently lose access to your wallet and assets. The Operator cannot recover, reset, or reverse that loss.

3. Scope of the Service

The Service is a software tool that lets users view supported blockchain assets and sign and broadcast transactions from their own devices. It is not an exchange, virtual-asset purchase or conversion service, or money transmitter service. The Operator offers no investment product, investment advice, guaranteed return, or asset custody service.

4. Beta and Network Status

The Service is beta software and may contain errors, interruptions, feature changes, or data loss. The app discloses whether its currently selected network is a testnet or mainnet. Before a transaction, you must verify the network, address, asset, amount, and fee. Testnet assets have no real monetary value; mainnet transactions carry a risk of real asset loss.

5. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are processed by external networks and may be irreversible once confirmed. The Operator cannot stop or reverse a transfer sent to an incorrect address, network, or amount. Network fees, delays, congestion, and failures of external remote procedure call services are outside the Operator's control.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service for:

• illegal transfers, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• violating sanctions, export controls, or court orders of South Korea or another applicable jurisdiction;
• infringing another person's rights or compromising the security of the Service or a network; or
• transactions prohibited by applicable law or transactions with sanctioned persons or entities.

7. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator does not warrant that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, or warrant fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, asset value, or the operation of external blockchains and services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special losses arising from a lost mnemonic or private key, an incorrect transaction, device damage, blockchain conditions, third-party service failure, asset price changes, or use of beta software. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Changes and Termination

The Operator may change, suspend, or end features during the beta and will announce material changes to these terms in the app or on this page. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Before uninstalling, you are responsible for confirming that any required mnemonic backup is available.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction in South Korea.
